 Monumental tributes
and memorials are public testimonies designed to
honor groups, individuals, events and ideas that
have affected our lives; to tell their story; and to
serve as a reminder for generations to come.
It is a tradition that dates back to the earliest
civilizations with the Egyptian Pyramids, Greek
Parthenon and even pre-historic cave drawings.
They can be as grand
as Mount Rushmore or the Statue of Liberty; as
awe-inspiring as the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam
Veterans Memorial or the Oklahoma City National
Memorial. They can vary in subject matter,
size, design, scope, materials and price, but they
all have one thing in common: they remind us
that someone, some
 group or something happened that
changed our lives.
Since 1968, SI
Memorials has created hundreds of Monumental Tributes
and Memorials. We have dedicated monuments in
cities and towns throughout the country honoring
those who served our nation and our communities;
individuals and groups that made a difference; and
events that changed our lives. Through our
unique program, SI's knowledgeable and dedicated
staff has developed plans to meet the needs and
resources of those we serve.
